DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE A DATE?

Yes
$2,000 retainer is required to reserve a date; retainer goes toward the rental fee
​

DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

​Yes
$1,000 security deposit is due upon payment of the final balance.
The security deposit will be refunded 7-14 business days after the event if there is no damage to the property.


​DO YOU REQUIRE A WEDDING COORDINATOR?

We do require all of our couples hire a professional day of coordinator.
YOU MAY PICK FROM ONE OF OUR PREFERRED AND APPROVED COORDINATORS.
Coordinators not on our preferred vendor list will be required to provide proof of General Liability Insurance prior to the event.
An Upcharge will be enforced for weddings with no LICENSED & INSURED coordinator.
 

IS THERE A PREP KITCHEN?

​Yes
NO FAMILY CATERING WHATSOEVER. ONLY LICENSED AND INSURED CATERERS WILL BE ALLOWED.
Proof of Insurance will be required from all caterers prior to event.

WILL REIGN HILLS ASSIST WITH ROOM FLIPS?

​No - Reign Hills does not assist with setting out chairs, tables, room flips nor floor plan design/layout.
​

CAN GUESTS STAY PAST 11:00 PM?

No - If the time allotted is not followed, you will forfeit the security deposit.


WHAT IS THE MAX CAPACITY?

​400 Guest

DO I NEED TO BOOK SECURITY?

​No
We handle the security reservations.
​

CAN WE USE SPARKLERS?

​Yes!
As long as the sparklers are handled at least 25 ft. away from
Reign Hills and put out in the correct manner,
either with your coordinator or someone assisting the event.

HOW CAN I PAY?

DIGITAL INVOICES ARE SENT DIRECTLY TO YOUR EMAIL

HOW LONG IS THE VENUE RENTAL?

​9:00 A.M.-11:00P.M. for guests and bridal party.
An up-charge will apply if guests are not out by 11:00 P.M.

ALL VENDORS MUST EXIT BY MIDNIGHT

CAN I SERVE ALCOHOL?

​Alcohol is permitted only if purchased through our REQUIRED BARTENDING VENDOR.
NO BYOB, NO CASH BAR, NO SELF SERVE ALCOHOL.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN VENDORS?

Yes!
THE ONLY REQUIRED VENDORS ARE BAR SERVICE & OUR LIST OF COORDINATORS.
Absolutely NO BYOB, family catering or family coordinating.


CAN I RENT OUT REIGN HILLS FOR MY EVENT?

Yes!
We allow all types of events, parties, showers, etc.
We are not exclusive to weddings
