DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE A DATE? Yes
$1,500 retainer to reserve a date that goes toward the rental fee
DO YOU REQUIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT? Yes
$1,000 security deposit is due with the remaining balance
that can be refunded 7-14 business days after the event if no damage to the property
DO YOU REQUIRE A WEDDING COORDINATOR?
We do require all of our couples have at least a professional day of coordinator.
If you have trouble finding one, let your Reign Hills contact know and we would be happy to recommend someone to you.
IS THERE A PREP KITCHEN? Yes
NO FAMILY CATERING WHATSOEVER. ONLY CATERING VENDORS.
WILL REIGN HILLS ASSIST WITH ROOM FLIPS? No - We do not assist in any flips or coordination or floor plan set up CAN WE STAY PAST 11:00 PM FOR GUEST? NO - If the time allotted is not followed, you will lose the security deposit.

We handle & pay for the security reservations
CAN WE USE SPARKLERS? Yes!
As long as the sparklers are handled at least 25 ft. away from
Reign Hills and put out in the correct manner,
either with your coordinator or someone assisting the event.

HOW LONG IS THE VENUE RENTAL? 9:00 A.M.-11:00P.M. for guest and bridal party
An up-charge will apply if guest are not out by 11:00 P.M. VENDORS EXIT BY MIDNIGHT
CAN I SERVE ALCOHOL? Alcohol is permitted if it is delivered the day of the event by LONGHORN LIQUOR in Lumberton, TX or a liquor vendor in Hardin County. ALL ALCOHOL must be served by a TABC bartender.
NO BYOB. CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN VENDORS? Yes! But they need to be approved by emailing us their information.
Absolutely NO family catering.
CAN I RENT OUT REIGN HILLS FOR MY EVENT? Yes!
We allow all types of events, parties, showers, etc.
